Tourist Tax: € 2,16 / £ 2.16 per person (over the age of 18) per night - Please note that this tax is collected by us on behalf of the "Communauté de Communes Albères", de la "Côte Vermeille et de l'Illibéris" and the "Conseil Départemental des Pyrénées-Orientales".

End-of-Stay clean which covers also laundry cost: € 160 or £ 150

Security Deposit: € 400 or £ 350 fully refundable within 14 days of departure.

Pet Fee: €120 or £100 per stay. Only one animal accepted.

Pool towels are not provided, please bring your own.

Pool opening in May and October is at the discretion of the owners and the use of the heat pump - at any time - will incur a charge of €140 or £ 120 per week.

In order to confirm your booking, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept payments in Euros or in Pounds Sterling by BANK TRANSFERS only. We regret that we do not accept Paypal or credit card payments.
