• Tourist Tax: € 1,50 / £ 1.50 per person (over the age of 18) per night - Please note that this tax is collected by us on behalf of the "Communauté de Communes Albères", de la "Côte Vermeille et de l'Illibéris" and  the  "Conseil Départemental des Pyrénées-Orientales".

• End-of-Stay clean which covers also laundry cost: € 160 or £ 150

• Security Deposit:  € 400 or £ 350 fully refundable within 14 days of departure.

• Pet Fee: € 100 or £ 95 added to the booking total.

 

• Pool towels are not provided, please bring your own.

• Pool opening in April, May, October and November  is at the discretion of the owners and the use of the heat pump will incur a charge of  €140 or £ 120 per week.

long term winter let

The villa is available for monthly rental during the winter season and our guests will enjoy central heating and a wood burning stove.  Monthly rental rates are € 1,500 and will not include electricity which is charged also monthly following the reading of the Linky counter.  Wood for the stove will not be included.  A security deposit of 1 month rental will be charged, payable in advance.  Cleaning will not be offered during the stay but can be arranged separately, only the "end of stay" clean will apply at the time of check-out.

In order to confirm your booking, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We accept payments in Euros or in Pounds Sterling by BANK TRANSFERS only.  We regret that we do not accept Paypal or credit card payments.
